For a quick overview of some of the best locations available, we have featured the following:

Williston municipal airport and industrial park — The 2,000 acre former Montbrook Army Air Field is just minutes from downtown, and is primed for future industrial and commercial growth. The airport features two hard-surface runways and a grass runway, as well as more than 40 hangars and an FBO with conference room.

World class companies like A&N Corporation and Monterey Boats call the industrial park home, as well as Team Tango, Well Bilt, Shadow Trailers and others. Approximately 500 shovel-ready acres are zoned industrial, with water, electric and natural gas available. The site’s master plan includes rail access from the nearby CSX Corp.-owned railroad.
This site is 30 minutes from Ocala and Gainesville, and Interstate 75.
