The Black Prong Equestrian Village in Bronson is nearing the final turn of its multi-million dollar transformation.

Owners Reid and Sarah Nagle have made numerous upgrades and additions to the ranch, including a roughly 4,000 square-foot main pavilion that features a full bar and kitchen and planned restaurant, three fireplaces and business center. An improved all-weather arena will host practice and competition rings.

Existing apartments have been converted to one-bedroom, one bathroom and with full kitchens and a washer and dryer, along with adjoining stables. They will be used mainly through airbnb for guests staying for special events, and for equestrian events.

When the project is completed, it’s expected capital investment will be around $20-million. A soft grand opening is being planned for November.
