180 Skills brings skills training where it’s most needed, to educators, employers and those looking to be more competitive in the workforce.
The Online Management System – which was created in 2006 – has more than 700 skilled courses in 34 competency areas. The courses are designed by educators and business industry leaders to help train new hires, upskill current employees, provide continuous improvement opportunities and improve staff retention. Courses include videos, interactive displays and pre/post tests.
By completing the courses, employees can then seek industry certifications or continuous training and education in a specific field through post-secondary programs. Training slots are available for $30 a month, allowing a business to utilize a slot for training multiple employees while tracking individual performance and progress.
