Robin Davis might be new to entrepreneurship, but she’s no stranger to the insurance industry.
Now, she’s joined the ranks of small business owners on the Nature Coast profiled by the Florida Virtual Entrepreneur Center. Davis bought Haring Insurance Agency in January 2019, taking over the Williston business from founder Rita Haring.
The 34-year old business, which started in the Florida Keys, provides a variety of coverage — from home, auto and renters insurance — to specialized coverage. Davis has been busy connecting with the community since buying the business, and tells aspiring entrepreneurs to make sure they know what they’re getting into and to be fully committed for business success.
