Here is something to digest that won’t put on pounds like turkey and gravy: what a year to be thankful!
The Nature Coast is certainly seeing growth in all the right places, including created jobs, business expansions and – here in Levy County – the lowest unemployment rate in the region. Chiefland will soon embark on the Competitive Florida Partnership program that will create plans and action items to further develop its industry base.
Doing so rewards the entire county and beyond; greater visioning, more involvement from key role players in development efforts, and greater opportunities for continued success. Inglis continues working on efforts for a central wastewater collection system, Williston has welcomed numerous new businesses this year and sees its airport and industrial park as an increasingly attractive site.
